practices and regulations in every Baltic country. The UrbanComm experts will

ASSISTANCE
in PUBLIC CONSULTATIOn
The public
consultation has become one of the most important parts in real estate
development business. Often citizens and stakeholders have crucial role
in urban development process, they can either support or act against, sometimes
even stop the process leading to unexpected losses of time and money.
Therefore, stakeholder engagement program these days becomes an essential part
of the project success.
Urban challenges
require a conceptual approach and interdisciplinary solutions. The
communication strategy is crucial to develop trustful dialogue between the
developers, the society and local government to reach common and mutual
understanding. Not only to overcome any kind of potential conflict situations,
but to turn the energy into better solutions.
We CREATE urban space sustainable

BALTIC PERSPECTIVE
Baltic countries are famous worldwide with their UNESCO listed cultural
heritage – beautiful urban landscape and architecture as well as more than a
century long song and dance festival tradition.
Today the key catalysts for investment and development in Baltics are
caused by geopolitical constrains opening new possibilities in changing
socioeconomic perspective and the Rail Baltica (1435mm gauge fast speed
high-capacity railway line) connecting people and businesses in Baltic cities
with central Europe and Finland. From this perspective the Baltic market is
very attractive for investments in logistics, new types of industry and
warehouse sector as well as in growing need for decent housing, sustainable
offices, and social and transport infrastructure.
For example, incorporating Rail Baltica and Riga Airport with Riga Port
has a potential for Riga to become the biggest industrial and transport hub in
Baltics. However, all Baltic capital cities and urban centers have potential
for both global players to invest in Baltics as well as for local developers to
expand their businesses across the region. Either way UrbanComm team will help
you navigate through these possibilities and local context to make sure you
arrive at the best possible investment in the beautiful Baltics.
